1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you and aca77 ("Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of the aca77 website at aca77.bet, including all services, products, games, features, and content available through the Platform. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or using any service provided by aca77.

• You may hold only one account on the aca77 Platform at any time. If you have previously held an account that was suspended or terminated by aca77, you may not open a new account without written approval from aca77 support.
• You must not use the Platform if you are in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of aca77 is lawful in your jurisdiction. aca77 makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in any particular jurisdiction.

3. Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your aca77 account login credentials, including your registered mobile number and password. aca77 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password that is not used for any other online service.

• You must not share your aca77 account credentials with any other person. Any transaction completed using your credentials will be treated as authorised by you, regardless of whether it was made by you personally.
• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact aca77 customer support immediately via the support contact available on the Platform. aca77 will investigate reported unauthorised access and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the account pending investigation.

Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation when requested may result in account suspension and withdrawal restrictions.
• aca77 may close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it reasonably believes that the account is being used fraudulently, in breach of these Terms, or in a manner that may cause harm to other players, aca77, or any third party.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Terms

aca77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer via participating local banks including but not limited to Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice.

The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions on the aca77 Platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 for mobile wallet transfers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and may vary for bank transfers. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200 for mobile wallet withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by aca77 support. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.
• aca77 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may charge its own fees for transactions, for which aca77 accepts no responsibility.
• aca77 reserves the right to request verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Deposits made but not wagered may be subject to an administration fee on withdrawal at aca77's discretion.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

aca77 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between the specific promotion terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

• All bonus funds carry wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal of bonus funds or associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games for each promotion are stated on that promotion's detail page.
• When a bonus is active on your account, bonus funds will be used before real-money funds. Winnings generated from bonus fund wagers are credited as bonus funds until the wagering requirement is fully satisfied, at which point qualifying winnings convert to withdrawable real-money funds.
• aca77 reserves the right to void any bonus and confiscate any associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets, using prohibited games for wagering requirement completion, or participating in bonus abuse in co-ordination with other accounts.
• Free spins issued as part of a promotion are credited to eligible slot games as specified in the promotion terms. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the stated wagering requirement before withdrawal.

In the event of any technical failure, aca77 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund the corresponding stake amounts.
